Ovarian Cancer Craft Fair Fund Raiser

Change of venue! The event will now be held outside. This will give us the potential for a lot of street traffic from all the college and downtown. Rain date will be April 25th 2010. This is going to be a great event- crafts, food, prizes and giveaways!
All proceeds of the fair will go to Ovarian Cancer. If you or someone you know would like a spot at the event please let us know! Table space is $30 and you will be provided with a table and chair(s). You can sell a craft that you might do on the side or sell a baked good. A form must be filled out and sent back to me to reserve your table. Brainstorm and think of some ideas to bring sales and interest to your table.

There will be a table with information etc... provided by the Ovarian Cancer Alliance, this table will also be selling the T shirts and bracelets and I am working on purchasing pins like the one I have that so many of you are interested in.

At the end of the event total sales will be reported and 50% will go to the fundraiser the remaining 50% is yours to do with as you please. You may choose to donate as much of your sales as you wish.

The date for our event will be April 24th from 10-1pm. 1-2pm will be collection and wrapping up of our final fund raising totals. Bank of America 365 Main Street Worcester Ma, near the DCU center.

If you do not wish to purchase a table, there are other things that you can do to help as well, such as helping with other tables, greeting people at the door, etc.... We also need to get the word out about the event, handing out flyers to local business', family and friends. If you are able to post flyers please let me know and I will get some to you ASAP.
